Return and Exchange Process

- The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved. The process will take up to 7 business days.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing, and cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages
